Overview
Project involved monitoring of air blast and vibration for the mining and construction industry. Later on, they want to extend the scope of work and they setup their devices and stored the data of various sites. We called these devices as “Shared Devices because it stores more than one site record".
The Challenges
The company investor wants to reduce the cost of devices (Beacon), so they plan to setup a device at the place where they can retrieve vibration data from as many sites as possible. Technically, it was difficult to identify originate site of the vibrations. On top of it, they want continuous updates of the progress and complete the whole project in a short period of time.
The Solution
To identify the origin of the vibrations we used the help of mathematics and solve it. We used time, distance and speed and also use Mean, Median and mode which help a lot to solve this challenge.
